Salon Polices


All appointments booked in person or over the phone with a value of over £100 will require a deposit of £50 which will be deducted from the final value of your service on the day of your appointment

Cancelations and Lateness

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any appointments.if it’s less than 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment the holding deposit will be lost /absorbed by the Business. We also ask as a courtesy if your running late please could you contact the salon and inform us of this so we can move appointments round.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase .vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash . Products and services purchased using gift vouchers are non refundable. The total cost of services /products will be deducted from
The total value of the gift voucher which can be used up and until the date of expiry

Colour Services At The Salon

when coming to the salon for a colour service we recommend that you arrive with clean and dry hair . This is to insure there is no product build up on the hair and we can achieve the best colour results
We now include a complimentary refillable mini bottle of products remover shampoo that we recommend you use before coming to the salon for your colour service . Please feel free to come in and pick one up to use before your colour service

If your not completely satisfied please let us know during your visit or within 48 hours after your treatment . We are happy to make any adjustments/corrections as soon as possible after your appointment or within a 14 day period after the date of your original appointment
